Coast has been booking wedding bands in Fife since 2009 and looks after around seventy acts across Scotland, most of them exclusively, so nobody here is reading you a listing. We know how each band paces an evening, which ones read a room well, and which ones are better suited to a crowd that takes a bit of coaxing onto the floor.

The evening band is the decision everyone makes first. The daytime is the one that gets left until six weeks out, and then it's a scramble.
Think about it now instead. The ceremony, the drinks reception and the gap while photographs are being taken all want something, and silence in a room full of people holding a glass and waiting is a longer hour than you'd think. We've got around a dozen daytime acts for exactly that, from solo singers to small acoustic groups, and booking them alongside your evening band means one quote, one contract and one conversation instead of three.
It's also the part of the day where the wrong choice is least forgivable. An evening band playing to a full, drunk, willing room can carry a duff song. A solo singer playing to forty people standing in silence holding a glass of prosecco cannot. Every one of these lands as its own line on the quote, so nothing is bundled and you can see what you're actually paying for.

Every act on the site has an instant date and price check, so you'll know in seconds whether they're free on your date and what they'd cost. Their page carries full live video, the current setlist, and reviews written by couples who booked them. Most people do this sort of browsing late at night, which is exactly when an enquiry form is least use to anybody.
Our commission is charged to the band, not added to your quote, so booking through Coast costs you exactly what booking the act direct would. Every booking is contracted and the paperwork is handled for you. You get direct access to your band once the booking is confirmed. Your balance sits in a ring-fenced client account and only goes to the band once they've confirmed in writing that they're on their way to your venue. You've got fourteen days after your reservation fee to change your mind and get it back in full. And if a band is ever physically unable to perform, we'll put alternatives in front of you, the final say is yours, and your balance comes back in full if you'd rather not go ahead.
