How much time do you need for set up & sound check?
We only need one hour from when we access the room to set up our equipment and sound check.
What are your standard performance times?
We usually play from 8pm until 12am with a 30 minute break. We are flexible with this, so please speak to Coast if you would like any additional performance time.
I'm not sure what my timings are going to be yet, is there any flexibility on the standard timings?
We are more than happy to discuss this and will always do our best to accommodate any requests.
How long do you take for your break? Are you able to play background music during this time?
We take a 30 minute break and play music through our PA system at this time. If you would like any particular songs played at this part of the night, just let us know!
Can I pick the songs that you'll play on the night?
You can choose songs from our set list that you definitely want played, or we won’t mind if there’s a few songs on there that you don’t want us to play too.
Will you learn our first dance if it's a song that you don't already know?
We are more than happy to learn and perform first dances, father daughter dances etc.
Can you take any requests on the night?
We are always happy to take requests, and if we can play them, we will!
My venue has a 1am license, do you offer an extension to keep the night going until then?
We do indeed offer an extension until 1am. We can do this as a live band or a DJ set option.
Do you offer any other add-on options?
As well as your banging evening set, we also offer a more chilled out, acoustic set to cover your daytime entertainment too. Please speak to Coast if you would like this added on.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
Yes, we provide all the equipment including lighting and PA system. You don't need to do anything other than book us!
What do you think your clients love most about your performances?
We get loads of feedback from our clients and they seem to enjoy the wide variety of music we provide, we can play everything from rock and pop, to jazz and country. We can cater for just about everyone!
We perform to the highest of standards and like to keep the dancefloor busy - our dance-off section always goes down a storm too!
Which artists are you most influenced by?
As a band we have an eclectic taste in music; Bruno Mars, Stevie Wonder, Kings of Leon, Steely Dan, Blink 182, ZZ Top, Foo Fighters, Paramore, Muse, CHIC, Paolo Nutini, Madonna. The list is endless!
Can you provide a ceilidh set? If so, could you give us more info about this - how long does it last, what instruments do you play, can you call the dances for our guests?
We can play ceilidh as a live band, or if you prefer a traditional sound, we can use backing tracks. We will demonstrate and call the dances, so if you don't know the moves, don't worry - you are in safe hands!
The ceilidh usually lasts around 30 minutes but can be longer if you like. The songs are Gay Gordons, Strip the Willow and Dashing White Sergeant but can add more on request.
