Emergency Act Replacement Service
The acts we partner with are all known for their reliability and commitment to delivering a great performance, even when they're sick. That said, once in a blue moon, it is possible that a band may be physically unable to perform at your event due to sudden illness or injury. In the unlikely event that this were to occur, don't panic, we've got you covered! We'll always be able to put forward great quality entertainment that can still deliver an EPIC night for you and your guests.
Financial Protection
All of our balance payments are kept safely in our third-party client account. After confirmation that they're en route, we forward the money to the act on the morning of the event.
14 Day, No Questions Asked Refund On All Reservation Fees
If you book one of our bands and, for whatever reason, change your mind within 14 days, simply let us know, and we'll refund your full reservation fee.
