The drinks reception is when your guests first relax into the day, and Copper Blonde make sure it sounds the part. Sarah and Molly’s soulful harmonies sit over Colin’s piano to create a warm, polished sound that fills the room without taking it over. Guests can chat over it, or wander over and end up singing along to a song they didn’t expect.

The Sound

With two lead vocalists, every harmony is sung live. Sarah and Molly trade the lead and blend into close two-part harmonies, with Colin’s piano carrying everything from smooth jazz standards to modern soul. The setlist runs from Frank Sinatra and Stevie Wonder to Olivia Dean.

Reading the Room

Copper Blonde don’t stick to a fixed running order. They keep things mellow while guests arrive and find their drinks, then bring in more upbeat favourites when the mood lifts. Before the day, couples can pick their favourites and flag anything they’d rather leave out.

What’s Included

The standard booking is a 2 hour live set for your drinks reception. Copper Blonde bring their own equipment, so all they need on the day is space to set up and a power source. Ceremony or meal music are available as optional extras.
