Something Blue played at our wedding in Altskeith this weekend and they fully lived up to our expectations! They are fantastic musicians and all of our guests praised the band throughout the night. We had such a great time. An exciting mix of songs, great ceilidh and a really friendly group of people. Spice girls "wannabe" went down a storm!

Saturday was a great success, Something Blue were fantastic.

The first dance, 'You’re still the one’ by Shania Twain, was very touching and moving, followed by the Ceilidh which was a great introduction to my English family and friends, they thoroughly enjoyed it and joined in with the dances, it was brilliant!

The following music hit the target, the dance floor was always busy. I had two new hips last year and this was my first chance of being able to dance and I could not have enjoyed myself anymore.

Gillian has a fantastic voice and the guys are fabulous musicians, they wowed their audience.

So, just a big thank you to the band and yourselves for being able to put on a memorable night.

Gillian's voice is amazing and my guests ranted and raved about them during and after the wedding reception! I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone in the band who played at our wedding in the Signet Library on 12th July. We had an amazing evening and were very happy with everything, from songs to ceilidh dancing and all the set-up. Sorry I didn't have a chance to say thanks and goodbye at the end, there was a lot going on!

Apologies that my brother-in-law decided to take to the stage, we didn't know he was doing that! He also had a great time but I'm sure it's not what Gill was expecting.

All the guests were very impressed with the music and we would certainly recommend you in future.

Just a wee email to say thanks so much!!

We had such a ball & you guys were amazing!!

Gillian & the lovely big tall guy with the glasses....(he told me his name a few times but I had had a few & kept forgetting) were so accommodating!

I'm sure they see a lot on there nights but they really didn't bat an eye lid when we are all dancing on tables & coming at them like a scene out of dawn of the dead with our requests!!

The last hour of dance was fantastic too, they didn't need any prompting & hit the nail on the head with the tunes!!

All my guests raved about you lot, as did we on what a fantastic day & evening it was!!

I am so delighted I came to see you that night in the waverly because you all really made our day!!

The next family function that requires a band, I will be straight on the blower to you!!!
