Nevis Ceilidh Band were able to accommodate our request of an accordion player as part of their band for our ceilidh at our wedding at Atholl Palace Hotel. It is so unusual to find a ceilidh band made up of young musicians. This was a big selling point for us. The caller was brilliant and our guests commented on how well and easy they made it. The night ran seamlessly, from ceilidh to Spotify playlist and then back to ceilidh at the end. They were so friendly and communication was great.

Thanks to the wonderful Nevis Ceilidh Band we had a fabulous night to remember my son's 21st birthday just before lockdown 2020. I had chosen the band as I particularly liked their distinctive, clean, bright and modern sound. Once I contacted them, they replied promptly to emails and were very helpful with advice as regards how the evening might flow. In the evening they had arrived and set up well ahead of time so that the atmosphere was set as soon as the guests came into the hall. They play at a great pace and called all the dances very clearly and with great enthusiasm. This gave confidence to many of the party guests who hadn't done a ceilidh before. All the musicians joined in the spirit of the party, ate with us and chatted to the guests in their breaks. A lovely evening - made all the better by having such a super band!
