Can I change my existing booking to a new date?
If you have to change to another date because of COVID government restrictions, we're happy to process a free postponement for you. Even if the band you originally booked aren't available for your new date, we'll allow you to transfer your reservation fee towards the reservation fee of any available act on the Coast roster. Notably, there won't be any additional fees associated with doing this.
I need to move my event but it's within your existing cancellation terms?
Don't worry, any cancellation fees associated with your original date with be waived in full.
What if my band aren't free for my new date?
If your existing band are already booked for your new date, we'll happily transfer your reservation fee within the agency to the reservation fee of any available act.
What if I want to cancel altogether?
That's totally fine; some people just want to take a step back from everything and see how things play out. As above, you won't be subject to any of the cancellation fees included in the contract, and we'll return any balance payments made straight away. Reservation fees are non-refundable, but you will receive a 100% reservation fee credit note on your account which you can use towards the reservation fee of any new booking made before 2024.
